The space 3 acre horse property located 5 mins from Lake Skinner, 8 mins from Temecula Wineries, 15 mins from Old Town Temecula. The Cottage sits above the garage and boost 800sf of living space, including a Full Kitchen, Bathroom, Laundry, Dining Table, New 65" Smart TV, all of the kitchen items to make you feel at home, Country Speed WIFI, New A/C & Heat for those rare winter nights. OUTDOOR POOL/SPA AREA: Pool w/Baja Shelf w/umbrella, Hot Tub, Lounge Chairs, Propane Grill (propane gas not provided), Dining Table 6 seats, Outdoor Gas Fire Pit, Patio Furniture, Corn Hole, Ping Pong Table, Sonos surround sound and more KITCHEN: Stainless Steel Appliances, Coffee Maker/Keurig, Blender, Toaster, Pots/Pans, Real & Paper plates, Spices GENERAL: Sample Size-Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Washer/Dryer, Linens/Towels, Laundry Detergent, Sonos speaker system, Pool towels, Plastic cups & Paper plates, and more PARKING: Lots of room in driveway and in front of garage, parking for larger vehicles including RV's available in the stable areas as well County Quiet time is defined as 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Noise complaints and fines range from $1250-$2500. We are a family renting our personal home, with that we like to be transparent and honest. The home was built in 1989 and has since been remodeled, but like any older home it has a few corky features about itself. You may bump into one of these things during your stay so we will try to list them out so it's not a surprise and you don't feel mislead about the home. It's not the Four Seasons and you may come across an issue during your stay, we just ask that you contact us and allow us to correct any issues. We promise it'll be handled quickly and with minimal disturbance if any. During your stay if you are using the A/C we ask that you please keep all of the windows and doors closed to allow for best performance of the cooling system. Another reason is, those windows have a mind of their own and aren't the easiest to open & close. Guest access You have full private access to the Cottage. Pool/Spa and outdoor areas are shared, but a great place to play games or relax in the sun. Cottage does require 1 flight of stairs to access. Outdoor spaces are shared with other guest unless you book BOTH the Cottage & Main House. Other things to note Basic Rules: We like to provide our guests with some useful supplies as a starter pack, which you can use during your stay. You can find the complete instructions for most everything in our Welcome Book. Please also read the full House Rules as well located on the listing page in "House Rules" section in order to avoid any danger or deductions from your security deposit upon check-out. Outdoor cameras located front and back of property. Devices record 24/7 for security purposes County Quiet time is defined as 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Noise complaints and fines range from $1250-$2500. We request that you respect the reservation you committed to and only have the same number of overnight guest in the house as listed on your reservation. All guests must be included in the reservation no matter time and length of their stay, this is for your safety and is required by all booking sites. Any extra overnight guests not disclosed will cause a $500 fine. If you have a pet, please contact us to discuss prior to booking. Any pets on property without prior consent guest will be charged a $500 fine per pet. Lease terms are flexible based on availability. Please contact us with your preferred dates and we will work with you to accommodate. Rent and deposit due at lease signing. Landlord pays for water, sewer, internet wifi, landscaping, trash, pest control, pool service, and gas. Renter to pay portion of electric bill due to A/C cost. Let's are allowed with prior approval and additional pet deposit. Smoking is allowed outside home in driveway, and outside rock area. No smoking or vaping inside house please. No garage access, sorry. There is plenty of parking for cars, trucks, even a trailer or RV.
