The dining table provides seating for four adults. SLEEPING QUARTERS The main Bedroom features a king bed, large closet, ceiling fan, 42in smart TV, and views of the golf course! The Guest Bedroom features a queen bed, closet, ceiling fan and a half bath. Property features a full size washer and dryer. OUTDOORS The patio is accessible from the living and main bedroom and provides endless views of the desert skies and golf course. The patio features outdoor dining for four adults, a three burner BBQ, two chaises for catching some sun and a fire feature to enjoy on the cooler nights. Two parking space are available for guest use, one parking space is covered. The community pool is located just across the street ad to the left from the front of the unit. Palm Desert Resort Country Club has a regulation 18 hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, 20 pools & spas, and Clubhouse. Pay as you play or Memberships available.
