The condo is currently being renovated and painted, so the pictures I'm posting today will be replaced with new pictures to come. The condo community of Bermuda Bay II, has a pool and hot tub. Bay Forest has beautiful walking/biking trails, club house, fitness center, library, bocce courts, and a state of art racquet court complex boasting 3 hartrue tennis courts, and 4 pickleball courts. Less than a 4 mile drive to the beach, and many restaurants and shops are within close proximity. This is a great location! No Smoking. Renter will be charged a $150 cleaning fee. A $500 deposit will be refunded given that there has been no damage to the unit during the rental period. No Pets. This is a 30 day minimum rental.
