Furnished 2 bd 2 ba Lower Condo in Niguel Beach Terrace located just across from the famous Strand Beach. Sleeps four with a Queen bed and two single beds. All linens, blankets and pillows are furnished also kitchen utensils. There is a patio for both bedrooms. The flooring is beautiful travertine and also used in the bathrooms. Granite is used for the counter tops in bathrooms and Kitchen. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances. There is an assigned Parking space for one car and the second car will park in one of the Guest parking spaces. A covered space does not come with this unit. The Pool and Spa is within walking distance from the Condo. Shopping is also close by. Short Term, less than 30 days, is not permitted as per the HOA. Month to month or longer is ok. Owner would like to rent "Month to Month" long term, but can rent from one month to 6 mo to one year, just give me the month you want and I will see if that month or months is available. This property was reduced to a lower rental amount so the owner would like for the tenant to put the utilities in their name or pay the bill that the owner will send each month " if rented long term." Owner would like no smoking or smoke outside. There is a non- refundable Pet fee of $150.per Pet. There is a $250 cleaning fee to be used upon vacating. Tenant to pay internet and WIFI. If rented 6 months to a 1 year, tenant to pay all utilities.
