Built in 2007, this spacious apartment boasts an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, skylights, maple cabinets, and separate laundry room. Berber carpet, gas appliances, Rinnai gas heater and electric baseboards in kitchen and bathroom with a large tub. Kitchen island for cooking and hanging out and plenty of recessed lighting, including three ceiling fans. Chickens (no roosters) cats, dogs, and musicians live here so we have enough pets already, not looking to add yours, sorry no exceptions, and no fish tanks:) This is a very nice apartment and looking to keep it that way. We need someone respectful who will treat it as their own. Security deposit and last month's rent due at signing. Owner pays for water. Renter is responsible for snow removal, gas, electric, Internet, and trash. Rent is due the last day of the month before, it's $50 more if you're late. 6 month lease available starting December 1st, 2023 at 2pm.
