This fully furnished one-bedroom upper apartment is in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance of downtown and a short drive to local hospitals/clinics, NTC, and UWSP Wausau campus. Washer and dryer are located in the unit. Apartment has its own private entrance. Free wi-fi is included. Heat, electric, water, and garbage are included in the rent. This is a perfect setup for a traveling nurse, therapist, or anyone looking for a place to stay without having to lug their furniture along. All furniture was purchased in 2020. All lawn care and snow removal is handled by the owner. Rent is negotiable for anyone staying longer than 3 months. 2.4 miles (7 minutes) to Aspirus Wausau Hospital 7.6 miles (16 minutes) to Marshfield Medical Center - Weston 1 mile (3 minutes) to downtown Wausau 2.3 miles (8 minutes) to Northcentral Technical College 1.8 miles (5 minutes) to UW-Stevens Point at Wausau Campus Features: 960 square ft., two spacious closets, pantry, sectional sofa, two arm chairs, television, queen size bed, bedding, nightstands, dresser, washer and dryer in unit, vacuum cleaner, full bath with tub, lamps, towels, dishes, basic cooking items (pots, pans, utensils, etc.), bath and dish towels, electric stove/oven, full-size fridge, microwave, dining table with four chairs, off-street parking, and much more. Minimum of 1 month stay. Beyond that, we're flexible on your move out date and prorate the final month as needed. $150 one-time, non-refundable cleaning fee allows renters to leave the dusting, vacuuming, etc. to us. $500 security deposit is refundable. Traveling professionals with an occupation that includes a background check can forgo the application process.
