The living room/dining room is spacious and has an air conditioner. The bedrooms are large. There is an additional room that can be used as a den or home office. The unit has new carpeting throughout and lots of closet space. There is a large parking lot and coin laundry on each floor. Tenant pays electric. Water, sewage and trash are included. No pets, no smoking. 1.) There is a $30 application processing fee for each adult, which must be in cash or money order. Exact change only. Debit or credit cards are not accepted. 2.) Photo ID is required when submitting an application. 3.) Verification of income is required. 4.) Be prepared to provide residency history for the last 7 years including property address, landlord/property owner name and contact information, etc. 5.) A confirmation call is required the morning of the appointment by a specified time. 6.) We do not schedule appointments with third parties.
