Heron Cove is a step-above the ordinary options available in rental living. Its quiet setting around a small private lake gives the pleasure of country living without the commute. Inside, there is wonderful use of natural light. Outside, private patios and balconies overlook the water. A stroll on the curving sidewalk trail around the 3-acre pond is like a nature walk, a refreshing combination of exercise and soaking up scenery. A variety of birds, ducks, geese, fish, (and even sometimes a heron) are often seen. A total of 72 two and three-bedroom units are offered at Heron Cove. Tenant pays all utilities. Cats and dogs are welcome but a limit of 2. Dogs will be DNA tested at a fee of $75. Pet rent is $45 per month for the first pet and $25 per month for the second pet. There are some breed restrictions for dogs. Washer & dryer hook ups are in the apartment.
