Nice, clean, lower level 2 bedroom apartment with modern looking flooring. This unit is located ina 6 unit apartment building. Gas fireplace that is only a couple of years old! One of the bedrooms has a walk-in closet. This unit is located just a short drive from Downtown, Walmart, Hwy 52, the Fair Grounds, and many fast-food restaurants. While dogs are allowed, we require that they be smaller breeds (less than 40 lbs fully grown) and less aggressive breeds (no Pitbull's, etc). Non-refundable pet deposit of $250 is required. Off-street parking, as well as one garage space in a shared garage, is offered with the lease. Coin-operated laundry machines are located on-site. A completed credit and background check submitted through Zillow will be required prior to a showing being scheduled. Tenants are responsible for their electricity and gas (used for the small gas fireplace in the unit). The landlord covers water, garbage, lawn care, snow removal, and building utilities.
