It has vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace in the living room, private deck, washer/dryer hookups, and a single detached garage. All bedrooms have generously sized closets. Very efficient gas hot water heat. Owner pays water, sewer, trash, and lawn maintenance. Water/Sewer/Trash are included. Tenant pays gas and electric through Northwestern Energy. No smoking/vaping and no pets. One (1) year lease, then month-month thereafter. All of our tenants need to have $100,000 of renters insurance. Tenants will need to pay $10.00 per month for renters insurance if they do not provide proof of their own insurance. Vigilante Management runs a credit & criminal background check on all applicants over the age of 18. In addition we look into rental history and call current/previous landlords. If you do not have credit or low credit, Vigilante Management can ask for a co-signer. Also if you do not have rental history, you will need a co-signer.
