This is a townhome set up as two different apartments separated by floor. Each floor has a balcony, living room, 2 beds, 1 bath, and a mini kitchen. The larger kitchen and laundry are shared between the two floors. This is a sublease available from 1/15/2024 until 7/12/24. $440.00/bedroom with one month's rent security deposit. This Townhome is furnished and includes electricity and water with generous caps. We are pet-friendly however, we cannot take aggressive breeds or dogs under 1 year of age. Our list of aggressive breeds is available on the first page of our online application. We charge a refundable one-time pet deposit of $500. The application process consists of reviewing your income source and calculating your debt to income ratio (Rent plus monthly payments per your credit report divided by your income). We will also contact your previous rental reference, screen your credit, and review criminal and eviction records. For those renting from a private landlord, a copy of your lease will be required.
