Kitchen is more than sufficiently stocked for most any needs: pots, pans, glassware, plates, coffee maker etc... The condo is fully furnished: all mattresses are new, there is a fully outfitted kitchen, extra linens, a and a Laundry closet. Pets are welcomed, two max. We do charge $100 per pet (non-refundable). This fee is for deep cleaning, and hair removal after departure. Please note: although there is a patio, it is NOT fenced in. This complex does enforce quiet hours from 10p.m. to 7 a.m. Please abide by those same rules during your stay. Any noise complaints may result in being asked to vacate. Traveling healthcare professionals: We'll waive the background check if prospective tenants share with us a copy of the fully executed employment contract, First Rent payment and Deposit due at lease signing, Refundable security deposit is 1/3 of monthly rent for stays shorter than 6 months. For stays longer than 6 months, it's 1 month's rent.
