This is a no smoking and no pet property (waivers signed with the insurance company). This glorious Queen Anne Victorian, is the former mill owner's home, and sits overlooking Main Street. I am looking for quiet, trustworthy, long-term tenants/neighbors. As well, the heat is included with the rent. The apartment comes unfurnished. I will be pre-screening applicants before scheduling viewings to avoid wasting anyone's time (including scams).
