Along with the two bedrooms, there is another decent sized room that can be used as storage or an office space. With this rental you will get an off-street parking space in the rear of the building. You will also have partial access to a fully fenced in yard. Partial access meaning there's a business that operates out of the yard space, so you'll have to coordinate access with the business owner. Long story short; you can use the yard, you just have to make sure that it's available first. This property is mixed business/residential, so there are several businesses located in the basement of this building. Also worth noting is that the landlord lives on the property as well. The property is within 5 minutes walking distance to many of the popular Bay View bars and restaurants and a 10 minute drive to downtown Milwaukee. Pets are allowed, but there are restrictions. Internet is included. I have a wi-fi router system that extends throughout the entire building. I'll give you the password if you'd like.
