Recently remodeled 1 bed/1 bath townhome (half duplex) in desirable Multnomah Village is available for rent immediately. The home is currently furnished (as in photos) but will rent unfurnished. Available furnished as depicted for an additional $100 per month. The home has been freshly painted and includes a full bathroom with tub/shower. Remodeled kitchen is another bonus. There is a small open room toward the front of the home thats perfect size for a small office or extra closet/storage area. Fantastic area near transit and walking distance from many shops and restaurants in Multnomah Village. Application Submission: We will begin accepting applications for this property at: 12/6/23 at 1pm. Applications are not considered received until deemed complete. We will inform you via email once your application has been deemed complete. If you need additional time to complete your application because you require language assistance, please let us know at the time you submit your application. Pet Policy: One cat or dog, up to 40 lbs, is allowed. We will consider allowing two dogs subject to owner approval on a case-by-case basis. There is an additional security deposit of $500/pet and additional pet rent of $25/month/pet. Utilities: Tenants will be charged a flat rate for all utilities of $150 per month, which includes water, sewer, gas and power. Owner pays for waste disposal. Laundry: Home includes washer and dryer in basement, shared with other duplex unit. Landscaping: Tenant is responsible for minimal landscaping and raking/removing leaves in tenant's portion of the yard. Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home and these activities are not allowed on the property. We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. The screening fee is $40 per adult applicant. We accept Zillow background screenings if you've already completed one within the last 30 days, but we require you to also apply directly with us. If you've already paid for/completed a Zillow Screening, you will pay a reduced Zillow Screening Fee of $10 to complete your background screening. Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of being approved to rent.
