Newly renovated apartment unit available for rent in 2024! In order to process the application, we will need the following items: Application for all adult applicants - please see attached document to this email. Application Fees - this must be in the form of a money order. The application fee is $32 per adult and we require a $500 holding fee to take the Property off the market. If the application is approved, it goes toward the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit is equal to one month's rent. If your application is denied, we return the $500 to you. Please make sure to put your Application Fee and Hold Fee on separate money orders. Forms of Identification for Each Applicant Proof of Income - we typically ask to see a month's worth of income (paystubs preferred). Please bring this with you and we can make copies here in our office. Lastly, we do accept Housing Vouchers. We cannot process the application without all items and that is our only way to take it off of the market so no one else can apply for it. We can certainly do the application via email. The application is attached. Please note, if you do it by email the fees will have to be paid using our Square system which charges a 5% fee along with it.
