Custom, beautiful studio apartment in great location, on top floor (quiet), with lots of natural light and great neighbors. Also please do note that the apartment has been repainted a light blue by my current tenant, per his preferences. I have included pictures of the apartment before and after the re-painting, to let you know how it looks now as well as before. The paint can be redone to reflect your preferences if you don't like the current paint scheme-). The flooring in the apartment is wood and in excellent shape. The tile in the bathroom has ambient floor heating, perfect for cold winter days. It's a very nice recently remodeled place with touches that would not be found in a "typical rental". Your apartment has the top three windows on the front of the house visible from the picture of the house (taken from google maps), which has a total of 4 apartments in it. Laundry is available in the building in addition to a large storage area (can be used to store bicycles) specific to your unit that is included in your unit rent. Trash/water included. High speed internet is shared in building so your share is approximately $25/month, saving you money-). Electric and gas will be in your name. Utilities typically run under $55/month (total) and $75 on really cold months (2-3 months out of the year).
