Very Small Older Duplex. Fresh paint on most walls, 1 very small bedroom upstairs and stairs are the older narrow stairs, can only fit a full bed, no Washer and Dryer Hook-ups on site, this is right on the creek and a pretty quiet area of Heppner Oregon. The Duplex is very walkable to all of the Heppner area, I do not live on site but very close by, I am looking for a Clean,Quiet, Non Smoker inside who is Illegal Drug Free, I will not tolerate Illegal Drugs or Loud renters so if that doesn't work for you please don't apply. I will charge for a Credit/background check $50.00 per Adult Applying. There is a renter in the unit currently please be respectful and do not bother them thanks for understanding! Owner pays Water,Sewer and Garbage. Renter is responsible for paying Electricity and all other bills such as ( Cable/Satellite and Internet). I will consider 1 small pet at a fee and monthly rent added, this is a small unit and not meant for a family with animals. Call for all move in fees and details I wont post actual pictures I will give those upon request by phone as people like to take them and create there own listing and fake people out so I won't do that now but have no problem at your request.
