This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is fully furnished. All utilities costs are included in the rent. However, if the renter chooses to have cable television service, it will need to be installed and paid by the renter. The driveway allows for 1 car. Occasionally, I may need to access the garage, but will coordinate prior the the occurrence. No smoking is allowed within the unit. Pets are not permitted. Lease length is a 12-month term.
