Downstairs unit in a well-maintained duplex located in the west side of Ann Arbor, 1 block away from Allmendinger Park. UM central campus is 1.5 miles while the stadium is 0.5 miles away. The unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Amenities include central AC and heating, on-premise parking, and a garage to store bikes, sport equipment, etc.,. Monthly rent includes water, garbage, gas, electricity, and high speed fiber. The shared basement has additional common storage space and a shared washer/dryer. The downstairs unit has an attached deck as well as access to a shared front porch. There is a small picnic area in the shared backyard with space for a grill and a firepit. Owner pays for utilities (water, garbage, gas, electricity) and fiber internet. Owner will shovel sidewalk and front walkway snow but renters are responsible for shoveling driveway snow. Unit can be minimally furnished (as shown in pictures) or unfurnished. 1 small dog is allowed on a case by case basis with an additional monthly pet fee ($100) + cleaning fee at move-out. Due to insurance, there are restrictions on breeds allowed.
