This unit is located on a second floor and has no elevator. All utilities included for the lease term. Lease term available from one to six months and open to negotiation. The renter should get a PO Box for mail as there is no mail box available for the condo. There is parking available for tenant. The condo has a strict no smoking policy in any area of the condo. There are no pets allowed per the HOA policy. Also, the pool is closed for the winter months starting in October. There is a deposit fee of $2000 and first month rent of $2000 due at time of signing lease. The lease includes an every three months walk through the condo.
