Renovated in the summer of 2022 with furnishings from Article, Crate & Barrel and West Elm. This home sleeps 4 with 2 fantastic King beds, TV's in every room, feather duvets and pillows, a fully appointed kitchen, giga blast wifi and sweeping panoramic views of the Chesapeake Bay with epic sunsets. We include free Netflix and Hulu for every TV. Beach chairs and towels are provided. We are pet friendly with a $450 pet fee. Please note and confirm you have read this. A new deck is being put on this building. Starting in May there will be construction noise Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 or 6 PM. If you are a night worker and need day sleep this is not the home for you. All utilities are included! Pet Fee is $450 or $75 per week if your stay is less than 6 weeks. Flexible leasing terms.
