Completely remodeled, furnished condo in a gated community on the INTRACOASTAL waterway. 2 bed- 2 bath unit on the 2nd floor for a 12 month minimum lease term. Electric, trash, WIFI, water, and basic cable are included. 4 miles to the ocean and is centrally located on the Grand Strand. We require an application prior to the walkthrough and employment/credit verification are screened for eligibility. No pets - not negotiable 12 month term - must pay first month and security prior to move-in day. No pets, motorcycles, RV's, campers, commercial vehicles, boats, jet skis, golf carts, or trailers are allowed on the property. No Smoking anywhere in the condo or on the balcony Any evidence of smoking will result in forfeit of deposit. Property will be professionally cleaned upon arrival, you are responsible for having it professionally cleaned upon departure (welcome to use our cleaning service at cost).
