I have a furnished efficiency/studio apartment available November 1st for rent. It's in my attic space above the house I live in (approximately 550 square ft). Perfect for a single/retired professional who has stable income and lives a low key quiet lifestyle. It has its own entrance from the outside. House is on a dead end, and it's very peaceful and quiet. I just replaced the carpeting, so sorry no pets. All utilities are included. It is upstairs and does have stairs to climb to get in and out. There will be a platform bed frame supplied. 10 blocks to beach access. 15 minutes to the Norfolk naval base. Close to all highway access. No pets allowed. All utilities are included. Single person preferred. Apartment is furnished except for a bed mattress. The kitchen is efficiency style (not a full kitchen). No smoking inside. There are stairs to climb for access in and out. I live and work downstairs in the home, so I need a respectful and quiet person upstairs.
