Ideal applicant will have proof of income, at least 2x monthly rent, positive rental history and low criminal history, along with good credit. Payments can be made via cash, check, money order, cashier's check or online portal (electronic check or cc fees apply). I do not accept zelle, paypal, venmo or cashapp for this rental. No smoking. Utilities included. Furnished unit. Must follow all local and hoa rules. Larger deposit may be requested for those with less-than-optimal credit, or for those who have unverifiable income, insufficient references.
