LEASE TERMS - $650 per month, Minimum 12 month lease - Must prove Income with two recent pay stubs (3x amount of rent) - $40 application fee applies for credit/background check for each person 18 and older. - Upon approved application, signed lease & first full month rent will hold the unit. - Security deposit (equal to one month rent) is due before move in. - Tenant responsible for gas heat and electric. -Credit score of 580 and above you will be required to pay first month's rent + security deposit. Credit score between 540-579 you will be required to pay first month's rent, last month's rent and security deposit. Anything below a 540 will be declined. -We do not accept Section 8 vouchers.
