This apartment is newly renovated. This apartment has new floors and a brand new bathroom. There is also a brand new refrigerator and counter top installed in this place. We just had the Carlisle borough inspection and it is up to code. We have conveniently added a washer and dryer for the tenants use. This is also a first floor apartment which would be great for an older person. This apartment is minutes from Downtown Carlisle and local shopping and night life. There is also a local school which is 5 minutes walk. This apartment will allow pets but our pet deposit is $500.00 which is non-refundable. There is also an additional $50.00 a month for each pet. We will not allow any more than 1 dog in this apartment. This is a no smoking in building or around the property. The tenant will be responsible for trash payments which will come quarterly and be split in half by both tenants who occupy the building. The tenant will be responsible for parking permit for off street parking. The tenant will pay electric bills and this must be transferred into their name upon signing of the lease. This is a 12 month lease. The tenant will contact the landlord if there are any maintenance issues with the apartment.
