If you are approved and sign a lease with a move in date between November 1st and November 15th you will receive December rent free. If you are approved and sign a lease with a move in date between November 16th and December 15th you will receive January rent free! These duplexes feature vaulted ceilings in the living area and master, breakfast bar and small dining area. All units feature new hardwood floors throughout, central heat and air, fenced back yard with patio, stainless steel kitchen appliances (side-by-side fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, disposal, sprayer, range/oven and built-in overhead microwave). Separate utility room with electric washer and dryer hookups, additional storage in the HVAC closet in the garage. Each unit includes a one car garage and two additional parking spaces in front of your unit. New gutters were installed in 2023. Rent is $1775. Water/Sewer/Trash $100. Spectrum cable/internet $75. Total monthly to us is $1950. You are responsible for your own electric. A refundable $700 deposit is required to hold a unit once approved. We require a $200 non-refundable dog deposit. We do not require a deposit for cats, caged animals or fish. Any emotional/service animal must have a RX or note from the doctor for deposit waiver.
