You must show adequate income and that you have a good history of paying your obligations. You must also provide the contact information for your current landlord and employer. We do have a pet policy. The heat, water, sewer and rubbish are included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for the electric and the gas for the stove and hot water tank. First months rent and security deposit must be paid before moving in. Small dogs and cats are allowed but there is a $200 non refundable pet deposit and an extra charge of $50 per month for a dog and $25 for a cat.
