Townhouse style 2 bedroom apartment located in Dover. This end unit apartment features basement storage, two off street parking spaces and a washer and dryer with water and sewer included in the monthly rent. Enjoy nearby parks, athletic fields and the Bellamy River. This apartment does not allow for pets. Any applicant over the age of 18 must submit an application via our website. Applications are to be submitted by any adult over the age of 18 that would reside in the home. There is a $50 application fee per applicant and we ask that you attach your photo ID along with your proof of income to your application to aid in faster processing times. Please note our criteria would allow approval for applicants who have a credit score of 600 or higher, combined monthly income 2.5 times the monthly rent, no past bankruptcies or evictions and clean background check. Owner pays for water and sewer, all other utilities paid by the tenant. No smoking. One year lease term required. Any applicant over the age of 18 must submit an application via our website. Pets allowed with approval, $50 pet fee per pet to be applied. Please note, not all pets are accepted. Owner pays for water and sewer and the tenant is responsible for all other utilities. No smoking or pets allowed. The owner will also handle the snow removal of the parking spaces and common walks as well as lawn maintenance. The initial lease term will be 12 months.
