The apartment is on the third floor. It has hardwood and tile floors, a living room, one bedroom, one bath, and a full kitchen. Owner pays all utilities. This is a completely NON SMOKING PROPERTY. Bi-monthly cleaning fee is $100 per month. Three month minimum lease. Lease is for a three month minimum. All utilities are paid by landlord. There is a shared washer/dryer located in the basement of the building. Free parking is offsite in a private parking lot behind the building. Snow shovels are provided for the tenants, as well as icemelt. Smoking is not allowed in or near the building. Smoking is permitted in the parking lot. Housekeeping services are provided twice a month for $100 per month. Cats are considered, provided shots and flea prevention are up to date. There is a $25 per month additional fee for a cat.
