Tenant pays Electric, renter insurance (required) and internet/cable. We are also Animal friendly! We allow dogs up to 80# and cats. We do not allow The following dog breeds are not permitted: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Bullmastiff, Doberman, Chow Chow, Cane Corso and Akita (restricted breeds) any reptiles or exotic animals. We will need Vet records to confirm weight. If your dog is mixed breed, we will need vet records stating the mix. Its $35 for 1 animal & $50 for 2, plus a 1x animal fee of $300.00 (we have a 2 animal limit)
