Our fully furnished and ready to move in space is a great place for couples, traveling nurses or business people needing a place to stay for a month at a time (or less if needed). Located in a safe, close knit neighborhood in Niagara Falls, NY. The rental is a private apartment with an office, living room, dining area, kitchen, full bath, and one bedroom. It is located on the top floor. The rental also has driveway parking. Bus stop at the corner, UBER and Lyft available. Includes laundry, all utilities, Wi-Fi, fully furnished, kitchen wares. We rent month by month during November to March only. A lease agreement would include a security deposit and the months rent and an agreement on house rules. No Smoking or pets allowed.
