Really nice 3'rd floor walkup efficiency apartment. Clean and bright with neutral colors. Apartment also features a nice relaxing roof top deck to chill out on after a long day. Tenant pays electric. Landlord pays water, sewer, trash and gas. Heat is gas (pd by landlord) with supplemental electric if you like a little extra in certain rooms. We welcome first time renters with no prior rental history but do require a double security deposit if that is your situation.
