As the name suggests, the town of South Lake Tahoe is located on the southern shore of Lake Tahoe on the Nevada state line. Perched amid the gorgeous Sierra Nevada Mountains, South Lake Tahoe is a terrific place for folks who like to spend time outdoors, with skiing in the winter and mountain biking, camping, and hiking in the summer. ($500 pet deposit, no pet rent) One assigned parking, second spot is first come first served. Owner pays water sewer and garbage. We love all dogs, but the following breeds/crossbreeds are not allowed: Guardian Breed Dogs including, but not limited to, Alaskan Malamutes, Cane Corsos, Chows, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Bull Terriers, Jindos, Akita, Bullmastiff, Mastiff, Wolf Dog. Pets must be spayed/neutered.
