OWNER pays for all utilities except for internet/cable. Tenant responsible for snow removal. Two off-street parking spots right in front of house. Pets MAY BE considered on a case by case basis. Please, no smokers! Tenant responsible for broker fee which is equal to one month rent ($1600). Please note: new stove/oven will be installed prior to occupancy.
