Live close enough to the amenities of Bigfork, Flathead Lake, Kalispell, Columbia Falls, Whitefish, and Glacier Park, but on a quiet dead-end road where you can hear the birds and see the turkeys, deer, and occasional bears. The owner lives on-site in the main area of the home. Dogs on property in fenced yard away from entrance of apartment. The owner pays all utilities, including internet - no smoking near the apartment, which includes a balcony. The monthly rent is a mo./mo. rent. Nightly rentals are available on a first-come/basis. Please message me about how many nights/dates, and I'll respond with a rate if the dates requested are available. The current rate averages $130 - $200/night + cleaning fee. Minimum 3 nights. Holidays and local events will be set at a higher nightly rate. Parking avail - may consider additional space for your utility trailer, river raft or camper.
