Off street parking for a MAX of 1 vehicle. Rent stated is for ONE person. If there are two people then it will be $50 additional (no exceptions). NO PETS, NO SMOKING allowed. Must have proof of income/source of income and meet the minimum requirements (so please answer accordingly when being screened). Background checks ARE PERFORMED. Minimum of 3 times the rent as income is required. There is NO LAUNDRY ON SITE and is NOT ALLOWED. All utilities are included (heat, electric, water/sewer). NO PETS, NO SMOKING. Month to month rental BUT we are not looking for someone to be here for only a few months. Rent amount posted is for ONE person.
