Our furnished cottage is available for rent as soon as possible for a winter rental. Move out date is flexible. The cottage is furnished in a fenced yard with a garden, street parking in the Missoula Riverfront neighborhood. No cats (my family is allergic). Dogs considered. No smoking. An additional $150 per month for utilities: gas, electric, trash, sewer. There is currently internet from the main house but depending on your usage you may have to get your own service. There is a kitchen (microwave, fridge, tea kettle, coffee carafe, hot plate, but no oven), bathroom, living room (with sleeper couch), and a bedroom with a queen bed. There is a television but no cable though there is an HDMI cord to set up your computer. No washer dryer. You are responsible for mowing and shoveling. Super sweet little spot, close to the river, the trails, downtown with your own fenced yard and street entrance, garden potential, and an amazing plum tree.
