Very safe area, half mile to UNLV and 1.8 miles to MGM Casino and the World Famous Las Vegas Strip. Bus is about half mile walk on Tropicana Ave. Great quiet place for UNLV student or someone looking to get back on their feet with simple living to save money for a while. This is a great place to work quietly or visit the Strip or pre-flight. Renter shares electric and wi-fi costs ($75 a month total) with the other half of this duplex. This unit has its own entrance and bathroom and kitchenette. A month to month is ideal however a full year lease will be signed with a person with good credit history, job longevity and adequate income.
