Our lovely ranch-style apartment homes for SENIORS 55+ are located in Washington Township where there is no city tax. Our complex consists of 4-unit buildings with attached garages. The buildings are all one level with no steps. We are a non-smoking community and we do not allow pets. Each unit has its own private entrance in the front as well as a door leading in from the attached garage. In addition, there is a sliding glass door in the back leading to a private patio. The units are all electric and have central air conditioning. Smoking is not permitted in the units by residents or guests. Each unit has a separate laundry room with a washer/dryer hook-up. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove (with self-cleaning oven), dishwasher, and garbage disposer. The garages have automatic garage door openers. We furnish mini-blinds on all the windows and vertical blinds on the patio door. Water, sewer and trash expenses are included with your rent. Lawn mowing and snow removal are also included as well as maintenance and repairs. This Senior 55+ apartment is total electric, and the resident pays the electric. Water and trash removal is paid.
