The unit is located on the third floor of a triplex and has entrances on both the north and south side of the home. The unit has recently been painted, new floors, new doors, updated bathroom, and plenty of space for 1-2 people. The unit does come with all utilities included, street parking, and in building washer and dryer. There are a few off street parking spots, but they are a first-come-first-serve basis. The unit is within walking distance to downtown Crookston and the hospital. The renter is responsible for any Internet/cable, maintaining clear walkways to the property, and trash removal. The landlord will be responsible for any common areas, exteriors parts of the property, and all utilities.
