Quiet community with just 16 apartments, but very convenient, as it is just off Tennessee St and between TCC and FSU. Extremely close to public transportation, if that is necessary. WASHER/DRYER - This unit does have a washer/dryer from the existing tenant, but landlord is not responsible for maintenance of these machines. We can remove them at your request. UTILITIES - Tenant responsible for all utilities, directly through the City of Tallahassee. PARKING - Secure, dedicated parking spot. NO PETS- Unfortunately the community is not set up to accommodate any pets. There will be no exceptions. I am an equal opportunity landlord.
