Freshly painted with large kitchen and single car garage. Unit does come with a washer and dryer. Renters are responsible for all utilities and lawn care. If not capable of lawn care then we can work out other arrangements. Lease would be for one year with the option of going month to month. A $35 application fee is required for applicable background checks and if we agree to terms the $35 will be deducted from security deposit. A small dog or cat would be considered after discussion.
