Delplaza is conveniently right in the middle of tons of different stores, car dealerships and restaurant. This unit is an 2 bedroom 1 bathroom rents for $850 a month, water sewage and trash included in the rent. Tenant would be responsible for electricity and if wanting Wi-Fi. Our units are smoking free units. Animals are welcome under 25 pounds with approval from landlord, with an $500 non refunded pet fee. We will run a credit and background check for each tenant. Water sewage and trash is included in the monthly rent with no additional fees. Parking is off the street parking.
