Deposit and first months rent due before moving in, and rent is due at the beginning of each month. Pet fee is an option depending on pet size. Electric, water, and WIFI are included. Renter would be responsible for cleaning before leaving. I do have a cleaning service who can be recommended for monthly upkeep if desired. Minimum of 3 to 6 months lease. Grounds are kept up by homeowner. The space is small with plenty of light, and quick access to your vehicle. The space is well insulated and regulates at a comfortable temperture.
