The De Tonty Street Residences is a new construction apartment community in the beautiful Historic Shaw neighborhood, conveniently located in the central corridor of the city! Pet policy: Dogs/cats welcome - no breed or weight restrictions, maximum two pets. $250 non-refundable pet fee. With one pet, there is $25 monthly pet rent, with two pets there is a pet rent of $35/month. All occupants over the age of 18 must submit an application for residency.
