And when it comes to laundry, you'll appreciate the convenience of washers and dryers available for shared use in the basement, and the best part? No coins are required! Plus, the basement offers extra designated storage areas for each unit. You can choose between a beautifully furnished or unfurnished apartment for $1150 per month. You'll be responsible for both electric and gas service, while the owner takes care of covering the costs of water, sewer, Trash service, and outdoor maintenance. Pets are welcome with a $250 pet fee and an additional $25 in pet rent. And if you're curious to see the space, we're happy to offer a video tour upon request.
