Hello! This is a listing for a sublease (the regular lease goes until April 30th, 2024). My wife and I just closed on a house and so we have to move out of this apartment here in peaceful Plymouth! Stuff will be out by the 11/17 (and we are having it professionally cleaned), so move in after that and before 12/1 is fine! Just let us know. We will be in our house by then and you needn't worry about rent until the 1st of December. We are flexible. This is a super spacious 2BR, 2BA unit with a dishwasher, patio, in-unit laundry, underground climate controlled parking (1 space for $100 a month), and amenities including an on-site gym, game room, pool and hot tub (although the pool and hot tub are outdoors). The complex is very pet friendly and there is a dog park just steps from the unit. Close to 694/494 and Bass Lake Rd, and 5 minutes from Arbor lakes which has a billion shops and restaurants! Renter is responsible for rent, electric, gas, a utilities bundle that all residents are charged here that includes internet, and you may choose to have a climate controlled parking space for 100 bucks a month. Pet rent is 50 a month. The sublease will go until the 30th, in which case you may choose to stay longer if you want. If interested, building management, who is very involved will be notified to facilitate a credit check and to lead other routine processes.
