This complex offers 3 seasonal swimming pools and is about a 15 minute drive to Big Surf Water Park (open during the summer months). This is a winter rental through April 30, 2024 including Water, Sewer, Trash, Cable TV, WiFi and Electric. A credit and background check is required. First month's rent and Security Deposit is required to move in. No smoking allowed. The unit is a winter rental and available until April 30, 2024.
